VigorPool warrants to the original purchaser of the purchase on (only) against all defects in workmanship, materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period commencing from the date of purchase. To do.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Step 1: Claim your warranty with Claims Guarantee (Hyper Super Connect) and fill out the form with relevant order information, detailed description and video of performance defect/loss.

Step 2. Item troubleshooting will be completed within 5 business days. Upon confirmation of the defect, VigorPool will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a warehouse address to return the item to. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return label of all outer packaging returned to VigorPool. Please do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return label may not be accepted by our warehouse.

Step 3.VigorPool will replace the defective item within 15 business days of confirming the item's arrival at our warehouse. The final solution depends on the availability of replacement parts.
